Two Smoothies

I like smoothies. As should you.

If you don't like smoothies: what the hell is wrong with you?

Here are two recipes; one for my favourite fruit smoothie and the other one for a tasty green smoothie.

Enjoy.

 

The "Wake Up"

ingredients:
  • strawberries
  • banana
  • orange juice

Put all the ingredients in a blender with some ice-cubes. If you use frozen strawberries you do not need ice-cubes.

Blend that shit.

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast and if you like sweet stuff.

 

The "Green Smoothie"

ingredients:
  • basil
  • cucumber
  • black pepper
  • orange juice

Put some basil, a third of a cucumber, orange juice and some grounded black pepper inside the blender.

Blend that shit.

This smoothie is perfect if you like some spiciness.

Oh yeah and add Chia seeds, if you are a fucking hipster.
